We all know getting up early and doing your workout in the morning boosts your immune system and makes you burn calories easier.
But we also know that getting out of bed just to go run or do weights ain’t for everybody and you should know what you are doing so you don’t get caught up in all the drama with sleepiness and other problems like that.
That is why we selected a bit more light workout regime for the early ones that will get you started for now.
Stretch 10-15 minutes
Run 500 meters at medium speed
10X3 push-ups
20X3 sit-ups
10X2 jumping jacks
Run 1 km at medium speed
Rest 3 minutes
15X2 spider-man steps
10X3 hip extensions each side
Run 500 meters at full speed
