Warm up
3-5 reps of down & up
3-5 reps of dip, shrug, elbows high & outside
3-5 reps of muscle snatch
3-5 reps of snatch land
3-5 reps of overhead squat
3-5 reps of an initial pull to halfway
3-5 reps of a top half pull-up
3-5 reps negative pull-ups
3-5 reps strict pull-ups
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
400-m run
Max set of strict pull-ups
Max set of strict ring dips
