Summertime is by far the most exciting time for all the athletes. The majority of the big sports figures are on vacation, enjoying the fruits of their labors and most important – taking a rest.

But not entirely. Rule number one in pro sports is “Stay ready, you ain’t gotta get ready”.

Well, 2020 is not that kind of year, but you get the point…

Working out in the summer can be crucial for your body and your health when you get back to the colder months when the season is on.


2 rounds of:

45 seconds of jumping jacks

20 push-ups

20 sit-ups

15 lunges

Rest three minutes

30 seconds side plank (each side)

20 single-leg squats, alternating

Run 1 km at medium speed
