It’s the weekend and all that, but that doesn’t mean you should go easy on your workout. Saturday is a great day for you to check if everything is going fine with your cardio.

That’s why we’ll be focusing on the running and jumping today.

Sunday

Run 1 km at medium speed

20 meters walking lunges

2X3 minutes jumping rope

15 Jumping Squats

Run 500 meters at medium speed

2X15 Jumping jacks

3X15 squats
