8 hours of fine technique on Day 2 of KWU Seminar in Varna

Almost 8 hours of practice took place at the KWU International Professional league in Varna. The event is part of the fith edition of SENSHI, which will take place today in 19:00 local time.

The organizers of the event took care for their participants with two workouts – one in the morning and one in the evening. There were also Iaydo practices.

Ernesto Hoost, Peter Aerts, Semmy Schilt were accompanied by Shihan Ivo Kamenov and Shihan Aleksandar Pirchkunov. They showed essential details and demonstrated knockout techniques. There was also a QandA session after the workout and the K-1 legends polished the fighters technique. The subjects in the session were not only technical, but also about recovery, nutrition, taking care of the body, etc.

Tha Iaydo practieces are meant to teach the karatekas patience, smooth mocement, good cordination and excellent hand-work. The Samutai believed that the hands are a continuation of the sword and you have to be able to fight even without the sword.

The Head-Instructor in these practices was Shihan Asen Asenov – member of the board of Bulgarian Kyokushin Federation.
