Lightweight king! Khabib Nurmagomedov submits Dustin Poirier (RESULTS)

Khabib Nurmagomedov finished Dustin Poirier in the third round of their lightweight title unification bout. The UFC 242 main event at The Arena at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi gone viral.

“The Eagle” who flew highest as he retained his belt with a third-round submission victory to cement his position as the best 155-pound fighter in the world.

Khabib faced one of the hardest moments in his professional career. Poirier made great effort to finish the fight, but Nurmagomedov stayed composed and eventually worked his way out of the hold as the crowd roared its approval. After escaping Poirier’s grip, Nurmagomedov swiftly took the back and locked up a rear-naked choke!

Khabib extends his undefeated record to 28 fights.
